  • Site Management: Supervising daily operations, maintaining safety compliance, and keeping the site organized.
  • Quality & Safety Control: Inspecting work to ensure it meets building regulations, safety standards, and specifications.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinating workers and subcontractors, managing project schedules, and managing materials to avoid shortages.
  • Reporting & Communication: Providing updates to project managers, documenting site activities, and resolving onsite issues.
  • Resource Management: Allocating resources efficiently to keep projects within budget.
