Job Summary

Oversee daily activities of RC workers and supervise rebar, formwork, and concreting works to ensure project quality, safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while coordinating with the main contractor and attending site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rebar, formwork, and concreting works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Manage daily activities of RC workers to maintain productivity and worksite discipline
• Implement and monitor on-site safety measures to ensure a safe working environment
• Coordinate subcontract works with the main contractor to align project progress and resolve issues
• Attend on-site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with regulations
• Control and monitor the project budget on site to prevent cost overruns
• Ensure the project progresses on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
