Wu Gui Scaffolding Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to support and oversee our construction scaffolding projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with main contractors, and lead workers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, including workers attendance, performance, training courses, and work discipline.
- Communicate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Lead and guide workers to ensure projects progress smoothly and resolve any hurdles on-site.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines are met.
- Provide logical, practical solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in construction/renovation projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with main contractors and stakeholders.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to make sound decisions on-site.
