Construction Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers every day, courting the salary at end of the month, generate BBS according to construction drawings

2. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork

3. Control the quality /budget/site progress

4. Can work over time

5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

6. oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The general foreman responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

Requirement:

. Able to start work immediately or ASAP.

. Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

. BSCC is basic requirement

. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

. The ability to view the drawing.

. Can speak Mandarin and English.
