Job Description & Requirements
- Daily reporting on project progress and site conditions to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on site.
- Resolve site issues, delays, or discrepancies effectively.
- Able to work independently and supervise a team of workmen
- Willing to work at project sites and handle physical work & hands-on eg erecting scaffolds, formwork construction, fixing reinforcement bars, casting of concrete
- Ensure smooth progress of site work. Assessing and managing safety hazards, ensuring workers comply fully site safety requirements
- Attending site management meetings.
- Help allocate tasks based on the daily work plan
- Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring it aligns with project specifications and drawings
- Effectively monitoring cost control & manpower allocation
- Control and maintain the safety and smooth progress of work.
- Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Must be able to work in day or night shift if required.
- Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed.
- Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate.
- Possess Certificate in Lifting Supervisor.
- Possess Certificate in Scaffold Supervisor
- Possess relevant BCA skilled certificate
- At least 3 years experience in building construction especially in formwork construction, reinforcement bar installation
- Able to speak English
