Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is performed safely, on time, by overseeing workers, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring quality and safety compliance, managing schedules, handling necessary documentation and reporting on activities to management.
Key duties include inspecting progress, resolving issues on site, liaising with construction team, subcontractor, suppliers and clients, and maintaining clear communication across all parties involved in the project.
Oversee daily construction activities, plan and schedule tasks, and coordinate resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
Ensure the worksite is safe by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Supervise and assist workers as needed to maintain a productive environment.
Maintain accurate daily logs, track paperwork, reports on project progress and status.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
Skills in planning, scheduling, and managing resources efficiently.
With 3 years of practical experience in the construction industry.
