Construction Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for

workers every day, courting the salary at end of the month.

2. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork.

3. Control the quality /budget/site progress.

4. Can work over time.

5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate

potential safety hazards.

6. Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and

neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.

7. Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction

team. The site supervisor responsibilities include ordering building

supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training

new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first

aid in emergencies.

Requirement:

. Able to start work immediately or ASAP.

. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

. Can speak Mandarin and English.
