Job Summary
Lead and coordinate landscaping and construction site activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery. Manage risk, safety, and resource allocation while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet project specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate landscaping and excavator operations to optimize work sequencing and site arrangement
- Establish and implement risk management, time management, and cost control systems to monitor labor, materials, and equipment budgets and prevent unnecessary expenses
- Enforce compliance with landscaping and construction industry safety regulations and ensure Safety Officer conducts appropriate safety assessments on site equipment and activities
- Perform field surveys and investigations to support preparation and verification of technical and shop drawings
- Liaise with Technical Coordinator to review and update technical/shop drawings and track submission and approval of samples and materials
- Ensure all work aligns with approved samples, materials, and shop drawings to meet client and senior management requirements
- Prepare monthly progress reports and actively participate in project meetings to coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, and HDB Town Council representatives
- Procure materials, labor, equipment, and third-party subcontractors and suppliers as required to support project execution
- Prepare and submit monthly work done job sheets for Quantity Surveyor claims
- Assist Project Manager in resolving site issues and other assigned duties
- Lead and monitor Coordinators and Foremen to ensure effective execution of landscaping and construction works
- Maintain site housekeeping and initiate preventive and corrective safety measures to uphold a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 - 4 Singapore driving license
- Minimum Diploma in Project Management, Horticulture, Landscaping, Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant fields
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or construction project site supervision
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients speaking both English and Mandarin
- Writing reports in English are required.
- Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and landscaping field operations and coordination

- Salary offer: $4,000 Full Time 5.5 Working Days
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08.00 am to 17.00 pm
- Saturday: 08.00 am to 12.00 pm
