Construction site supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team to successfully deliver reinforced concrete structure works, ensuring project milestones are met
• Apply knowledge of structural steel and architectural works to support integrated construction activities on site
• Utilize BIM and AutoCAD software to manage and update project drawings and documentation accurately
• Maintain high safety standards by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with site safety protocols
• Keep detailed site records and manage drawings to produce comprehensive daily progress reports
• Coordinate effectively with Consultants, Owners, and other Specialists to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Monitor and control project costs by applying sound knowledge of cost management and tracking project expenses
• Demonstrate continuous learning by proactively acquiring new skills and knowledge relevant to site operations
