Responsibilities:

Control & maintain the safe and smooth progress of building work

Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site

Ensure the deadline for completing work is met and within budget

Requirements:

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building Management or equivalent is better

Minimum 3-Years Site Experience

Candidates with long time working experience will be considered for Site Manager position prior

Good communicate skills
