Job Description & Requirements
Construction Site Supervisor
Salary: SGD 3,500 - 7,000 (based on experience and certifications obtained)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities for cable laying, jointing, duct installation, and termination works.
- Ensure work complies with SP Group technical specifications, project drawings, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and SP representatives.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety requirements.
- Prepare daily site reports and assist with inspections and documentation.
- Monitor cable route alignment, trench depth, duct formation, and joint bay construction.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely progress of works.
Requirements:
- Experience in civil, electrical, or utility construction (preferably power cable projects).
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, especially cable route and section drawings.
- Familiarity with SP Group, LTA, PUB, or similar regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic safety knowledge and willingness to follow WSH requirements.
- Certifications such as BCSS, PSM, WSQ Safety Supervisor, or Work at Height.
- MHA clearance done is an advantage.
