CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Review construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are met.
• Handle site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects, including planning, scheduling delivery and erection, testing, and commissioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills demonstrated through effective project coordination
• Proactive attitude with proven problem-solving skills applied to overcome project challenges

Other Information

Working Hours:

• 5.5 day work week, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:25pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm (Alternate Saturdays off)
