Construction site Manager

Responsible for site supervision and coordination work:

Assist Project Manager / Site Engineer in the daily execution of work

To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys, etc

Monitor, control, and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as sub-contractors

Ensure that the works are carried out following the project quality, safety plan, and contract requirements, including drawings and specifications

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

To update daily work done for all jobs

Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of building and construction

• Excellent time management and leadership skills

• Business management skills

• Verbal communication skills

• Good initiative and logical thinking skills.

• 6 days work week due to construction site requirement(Sunday will be working day)

• Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job
• Need to response all phone calls any time.
