- working experiences in handling/controlling the whole project

- experience in handling demolition project

- Min. 5yrs of experience as Project Manager/Site Manager

- Possess valid SG driving license for travel from/to project site/office/client's place

- to handle all site matters & ensure project completed on time

- to plan project schedule & progress

- to handle procurement of all resources required to complete the project

- to handle/plan site day to day operation according to schedule

- to attend site meeting and brief client on the progress

- to liaise & coordinate with client/consultant/office colleague

- to handle multiple projects at once when require

- to maintain good working relationship with client/consultant

- to handle and communicate with all workers including their wellfare

- report to Project Manager/Director
