CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site supervision and coordination work
• Assist Project Manager / Site Engineer in the daily execution of work
• To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys, etc
• Monitor, control, and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as sub-contractors
• Ensure that the works are carried out following the project quality, safety plan, and contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• To update daily work done for all jobs
• Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Main Construction
• High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills/team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job
• 6 days work week due to construction site requirement
