Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical issues related to projects.
Check the materials and work in progress to ensure compliance with specified requirements and safety regulations.
Supervise and manage projects
Lead and coordinate with the clients, sub-contractors, site engineers, site supervisors, project manager and workers to ensure smooth progress of site works.
Reporting site progress to HQ Quantity Surveyor.
Prepare, plan and submit project documents such as RA, MOS, SWP & etc.
Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
At least 5 Years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
