CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and structural works according to project schedules and specifications.

Monitor on-site progress, quality, and safety to ensure timely project completion.

Coordinate with the owner, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant departments on technical and on-site matters.

Review construction drawings, construction method specifications, and workshop drawings before construction.

Conduct on-site inspections and resolve on-site technical or construction issues.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Prepare progress reports, work plans, and on-site documentation.

Prepare AUTO CAD drawing.

Job Requirements:

Degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Experience in building and/or civil engineering projects is preferred.

Proficient in construction methods, technical drawings, and on-site management.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with the project team.
