Construction Site Manager

Schedule & Progress Control: Take full ownership of the project schedule. Monitor progress closely and implement corrective actions to address delays.Liaising with project team and updating on site progress.

Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict quality standards on-site. Conduct regular inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet the required codes.Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives. a

Technical Documentation: Oversee the control and distribution of all project documents, maintaining accurate as-built drawings and logs.In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.

Daily Site Reporting: Lead the preparation of detailed Site Reports, analyzing work completed, resource allocation, and potential risks to keep stakeholders informed.

Supervising, managing workers and problem solving to meet deadline.

Coordinating and planning site works to ensure smooth progress and on-time delivery.

Job Requirements:

At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Major in Civil Engineering preferred or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent or mature candidate with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.

Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.
