We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction/Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The role focuses on leading the site team, managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards, and coordinating with all project stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Job Description
- Report to the Project Manager and take overall responsibility for site coordination
- Lead a team of operations staff in daily site activities and manage day-to-day construction operations
- Maintain site access and ensure smooth site logistics throughout the construction period
- Plan ahead to prevent on-site issues, including delivery and storage of equipment and materials
- Ensure work progress aligns with project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety objectives
- Control and monitor work progress, resource allocation, and material usage
- Schedule work, plan material requisitions, coordinate project activities, and maintain documentation
- Manage on-site production scheduling, allocate personnel and labor, arrange materials and equipment, and resolve on-site issues including emergencies and labor disputes
- Organize the preparation of construction organization designs, progress plans, and safety technical measures, focusing on overall project timeline control
- Coordinate with company functional departments, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Manage, coordinate, evaluate, and assess project department staff as per branch office requirements
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
- Minimum of 8 years experience in site management for construction projects
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to handle communication with associates, clients, and customers
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week on site
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large teams and complex site operations
