Job Summary
Lead site coordination and oversee daily construction operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery. Manage technical professionals and operational staff while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all site activities to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Collaborate with clients as their representative to meet time, cost, and quality objectives
- Supervise and manage technical professionals including Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) on site
- Implement the Project Manager's work plan effectively to achieve project milestones
- Plan and organize site temporary facilities, including site access and storage areas, to support construction activities
- Lead and direct daily operations of the site team to maintain productivity and efficiency
- Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure project progress and compliance
- Enforce safety, hazard control, and industrial hygiene programs to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure smooth project completion by monitoring progress and resolving issues proactively
- Prepare and present reports detailing project changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs
- Assist the Project Manager in administering claims, variations, and resolving disputes arising during the project
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required to support project objectives
