• Overall in charge of site coordination
• Work closely with clients, as their representative and ensure effective delivery within the expected time, cost and quality objectives
• Supervision and management of all the technical professionals inclduing Resident Engineer (RE) and Rsident Technical Officer (RTO) at site
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Plan Site temporary facilities including site access and proper storage areas
• Lead a team of operation staff daily operations
• Manage and oversee the day-to- day construction activities of the project
• Ensure safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene program are in place
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project
• Present reports defining project changes and interventions to achieves project output
• Assist Project Manager in the administration of claim, variation and any dispute arises
• Ad hoc assignment
