CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Project Manager to plan, schedule the manpower and plant.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of work activities on site.
• Supervise subordinates to complete the operations in a safe manner.
• Supervise and coordinate work activities with contractors to ensure timely schedule of works.
• Ensure compliance to all workplace safety regulations during supervision of works.
• Ensure work activities meet the required standards and specifications.
• Carry out site inspections and assist with documentation works.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of tunnelling and micro tunnelling experience.
• Must posses a Diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on knowledge of AVND micro tunnelling systems, Earth Pressure Balance (EPB) and slurry TBMs.
• Experienced on curved alignments, steep gradients, and complex geotechnical conditions.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems for tunnelling, TBM operations, and troubleshooting.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Able to lead a multicultural and multilingual team.
• Able to speak French is an added advantage.
