CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Planning and order material
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on the construction site.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, costs, and any issues or delays.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction progress and challenges.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good team player and problem solver.
• Excellent in communication skills.
