Job Summary

The Sales Executive will drive sales of sun shading devices in construction, residential, and hospitality sectors by managing client relationships, coordinating sales processes, and collaborating with architects and designers to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the entire sales process including pre-sales consultation, follow-through, and post-sales coordination to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative and assuming additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business goals
  • Build professional relationships across organizational levels using effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Apply problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client issues and close sales successfully
  • Leverage knowledge of construction, healthcare, and institutional industries to tailor sales approaches and solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with architects and designers to align product offerings with project requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Relevant working experience in sales within construction, interior design renovation, or healthcare renovation fields
  • Technical knowledge of electrical and sun shading products to support informed sales discussions
