JOB SCOPE
1. Project Planning & Control
Prepare, implement, and manage the overall project master plan and construction execution plan
Develop and enforce project quality and safety management plans in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Control key project milestones, proactively manage risks, and ensure on-time project delivery
2. Project Execution & Site Management
Organize and manage project execution activities, including material approval/sampling and implementation of VPMU or the company's project management system
Coordinate on-site construction activities and ensure smooth interfacing between different trades and work sequences
Resolve critical issues and handle unexpected situations during project execution
3. Design Coordination & Technical Implementation
Coordinate with design teams to ensure effective implementation of design solutions on site
Propose constructability-driven improvements and value engineering solutions based on site conditions
Participate in external coordination related to key technical solutions and major project milestones
4. External Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact with the main contractor, client, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Manage interfaces among all parties and maintain effective working relationships
Ensure clear and timely communication to support smooth project progress
5. Cost & Contract Management
Control project costs in accordance with approved budgets and company guidelines
Participate in contract administration, including variations, claims, site instructions, and final accounts
Support project cost analysis and risk control throughout the project lifecycle
6. Team & Subcontractor Management
Organize and manage the project team, including role allocation and daily management
Provide professional input and recommendations on subcontractor selection and strategy
Manage subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and contractual requirements
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or related disciplines
Proven experience in managing full project life cycles experience in medium to large-scale projects is preferred
Strong knowledge of site management, project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution capabilities with a strong sense of ownership
Able to work in a project-based environment and perform effectively under pressure
