Job Summary
Lead and manage building and construction projects by applying expert knowledge of drawings, WSH regulations, and administrative processes. Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Apply comprehensive building and construction knowledge to oversee project execution and compliance
- Interpret and utilize drawings to guide construction activities and decision-making
- Lead teams independently to achieve project goals and maintain operational efficiency
- Prepare and manage building and construction administrative documentation accurately and autonomously
- Ensure compliance with current Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, authorities, and contractors to facilitate project progress
- Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Relevant certificates in building and construction field
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the building and construction field
- Own transport preferred
- Demand high level of detailing
Other Information
- Work schedule: 6 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with Sundays and public holidays off
