Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager plans, manages, and oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation through completion to meet project goals
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, site managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to align project activities
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and allocate resources to optimize project delivery
- Monitor construction progress regularly to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Review and interpret project drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to guide construction activities
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and construction standards to maintain a safe site environment
- Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to maintain quality control and address issues promptly
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee material procurement to ensure financial efficiency
- Identify, analyze, and resolve construction issues, delays, or risks to minimize impact on project timelines
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide timely updates to management on progress and challenges
