Job Description

Project & Cost Management, Coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.

. Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to the project team.

. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

. Manage project resource allocation.

. Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to directors.

. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.

. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

. Attending site meetings with consultants

. Study of the construction drawing details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/ site issues.

. Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications/ drawings.

. Inform Project Director on any technical/ site problems arising.

. Reporting work progress to the necessary party.

. Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.

. Ad hoc Assignments

Requirements

. Meticulous, positive working attitude, self-driven individual

. Possess good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels within a project team.

. At least Diploma /certificate or equivalent, minimum 5 years experience as a project manager in commercial fit out

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD

. Posses Class 3 Driving licenses, preferably with own transport

. Singaporean/ PR
