Job Summary
Manage construction projects by planning schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure smooth daily operations and timely progress
- Develop, compile, and deliver detailed site progress reports to stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage contract administration to ensure projects meet contractual requirements
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet customer quality standards
- Apply knowledge of BCA and relevant authority regulations to maintain compliance
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management to coordinate project activities
- Demonstrate leadership by organizing resources, taking initiative, and making analytical decisions independently
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil, Building, Structural, or Construction Management from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in construction/project management including structural and architectural works
