The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communocation Skills, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Control the cost of running the Project
- Coordinate with Main Contractor or Client
- Monitor Work Progress and report back to HQ
- Work with QS on Progress Claim
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- With own vehicle prefered.
- Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager
