CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

. Manage and coordinate site staff deployment across all projects to ensure smooth operations.

. Handle client invoicing and ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.

. Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.

. Drive business development by identifying and securing new clients and opportunities.

. Manage tendering and proposal preparation for new project pursuits.

. Prepare and present monthly operational and financial progress reports to management.

. Support business expansion initiatives in India and Malaysia, including overseas travel when required.

. Maintain high operational responsiveness, including extended working hours when necessary.

. Work on a 6-day work week and ensure business continuity across operations.
Preferred Qualifications

. Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field

. Class 3 Driving License

. 10-15 years experience in Site Supervision in Singapore & Overseas

. Strong presentation and negotiation skills

. Willingness to travel overseas for work.
