Job Summary:

Support the Director in managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in defining project scope, objectives, plans, and performance targets to achieve project deliverables.
• Manage and monitor overall project progress, including site inspections, planning, and coordination of site activities.
• Ensure construction works comply with all relevant statutory requirements, regulations, and industry practices.
• Oversee and ensure full safety compliance and adherence to site safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the delivery, tracking, and receipt of all project documentation within required timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Strong capability in day-to-day project management to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Experience with HDB construction projects is an added advantage.
