Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The candidate will coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise renovation and construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare project schedules, work progress reports, and site documentation
- Monitor project timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve site issues and technical problems promptly
- Ensure materials and manpower are properly scheduled
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients
- Verify subcontractor claims and project variations
- Ensure successful project handover upon completion
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
- Able to read drawings and project specifications
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with workplace safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage (optional)
