Project Manager (Construction Industry)
Job Scope:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs documentation, and delivery schedules
- Build strong relationships with international suppliers and maintain ongoing quality control
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procured materials into project workflows
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in procurement or supply chain
- Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping processes, and import regulations
- Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
