CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

. Ability in leading of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.

. Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule.

. Manage subcontractors activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

. Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.

. Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.

. To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.

. Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

. Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering

. Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development

. Min 3-5 years relevant experience.

. Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point etc.

. Certificate of Project Manager
