Track Project Progress

Follow and check Project Drawings and Project Schedules

Coordinate project sites activities with the relevant authority (BCA, URA, NEA, PUB, SCDF)

Attend meetings with owners, Subcons, Architects & PE

Prepare Minutes of Meetings

Give clear instructions to team workers and clarify with Clients/Site Foreman the job scopes whenever necessary, all based for project development

Responsible for communication and discussion and resolve of issues that cannot be resolved in the team

Ensure the Project is delivered on schedule and within scope
