Construction Project Director

Job Description:

1. Manage budgets - costs control and manage resources to optimize profitability
2. Develop project schedule and monitor progress - ensure completion of works before deadlines according to project schedule approved by client and authority requirements
3. Report on project progress to client
4. Supervise team - review, approve or deny proposals
5. Assess company and project needs performed by third parties to ensure legal compliance
6. Negotiating contracts with vendors
7. Develop relationships with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and vendors, perform selling and closing of a project
8. Analyze market trends - competitors and vendors offerings

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of full-time working experience as Project Manager or Project Director in Construction Sector in Singapore
2. Able to communicate in English very well (speak, listen and write)
