CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COST CONSULTANT

Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation to obtain the best prices and terms.

To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims

Asasess all the project budget upon project awarded.

Monitor project costing during project on going.

Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.

To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.

Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

• Manage testing & commissioning activities to ensure system performance meets project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and workmanship quality on site.
• Support procurement planning, cost monitoring, variation orders (VO), and project reporting.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
