Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensure project progress according to schedule, monitor workforce and subcontractors, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
  • Plan, maintain and manage manpower deployment, shifts, and attendance.
  • Monitor expenditures and review project costs.
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with building standards.
  • Handle incidents, report issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Resolve onsite technical and work-related issues with engineers or consultants. Ensure workers are equipped with the required PPE.
  • Ensure productivity and discipline of site workforce.
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding site status and issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • O Level, A Level, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of construction site supervision experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of building practices, safety regulations, and project management.
  • Ability to mentor teams and lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasker who maintains high performance in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong verbal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good teamwork and coordination capabilities.
