Job Scope:
- Lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring detailed and cost-effective execution plans.
- Supervise site teams, including construction workers and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to align construction activities with design intent.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Provide timely updates to the Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure all variations to specifications, scopes of work, and drawings are properly tracked and documented.
- Proactively address delays, site issues, and unforeseen challenges to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Monitor productivity and schedule performance analyze shortfalls and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.
- Uphold company safety standards and actively foster a strong safety culture on site.
- Oversee site material management to prevent wastage and avoid excess inventory.
- Manage company assets and equipment rentals to optimize utilization and control costs.
- Control manpower deployment and overtime expenses to maintain cost efficiency within budget.
- Support additional projects and undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
