CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Overview:

1.In charge of wet trade ,tiling/marble/granite management works for all projects of company .

2.Carry out daily work arrangement ,site supervision ,related safety and quality assurance for tiling/marble/granite works on site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

. Carry out daily work arrangement, ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.

. In charge of setting out for related tiling works,

. Can draw simple setting out drawing.

. Work closely with the other subcon on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.

. Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.

. Handle all site material calculation,and make sure no waste

. Understanding marble polishing works

. Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.

Requirements

. At least high school level or certificate above .

. Minimum 3 years experience in tiling works.

. Able to work independently and in a team.
