. Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs
. Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standards
. Communicate regularly with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide updates on project status and address issues as they arise
. Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are followed on construction sites
. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction techniques and materials
. Perform other related duties as assigned
