CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Position: Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
Plan and coordinate project schedules and manpower.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage site workers and resolve site-related issues.
Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.
Good knowledge of construction and renovation works.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
