Construction Manager

About the Role,
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee the construction and installation of water treatment systems. The successful candidate will manage on-site activities from project initiation to final handover while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities

. Oversee the construction and installation of water treatment plants from start-up to final handover.
. Provide technical guidance and support to customers during project execution.
. Supervise the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of piping systems.
. Ensure project activities follow the planned schedule and technical specifications.
. Coordinate with project teams, Ovivo installation contractor and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
. Site activities reporting to project team.
. Execute tasks according to project plans using tools such as MS Project.

Required Qualifications & Skills

. Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering is required. Knowledge of Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
. Several years of professional experience in piping installation or construction supervision.
. Practical experience with thermoplastic piping systems including PVC, PP, PE, and PVDF.
. Experience with pure and ultrapure water installations is considered an advantage.
. Dynamic and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure.
. High proficiency in the English language.
. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
. Ability to read, understand, and execute project schedules using tools such as MS Project.
