Role Overview

Construction Manager to lead the execution of building projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong site leader with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance across the project team.

• Lead and manage site operations for building projects from start to completion

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, M&E teams, consultants, and subcontractors

• Ensure construction is executed in accordance with contract, drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements

• Drive productivity, quality, and safety performance on site

• Monitor progress and resolve site constraints proactively

• Manage subcontractor performance, coordination, and claims

• Lead site meetings and represent the company with clients and consultants

• Mentor and develop site teams including Site Managers and Engineers

• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, WSH, and internal standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management

• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience with A1 or large main contractors

• Strong experience in building projects (RC, architectural, and coordination works)

• Proven leadership in managing large site teams and subcontractors

• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and practices
