CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction activities on-site.
• Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities on project matters.
• Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and address challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum [3] years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
