Responsibilities:
- Ensure mechanical equipment and systems meet technical specs and plan project costs and schedules.
- Determine labor and material needs for construction.
- Oversee site activities, including installation, safety, and testing, to meet client requirements.
- Work with various contractors and consultants to execute projects.
- Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects.
- Ensure the construction team understands their roles and goals to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
