Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily construction operations, project coordination, manpower planning, and operational efficiency within the company's construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities across multiple construction projects

Coordinate project schedules, site operations, manpower deployment, and subcontractor activities

Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety regulations and statutory requirements

Monitor project progress, operational performance, and cost control measures

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities

Support project planning, procurement, and resource allocation

Prepare operational reports, project updates, and management documentation

Ensure quality standards and timely project completion are achieved

Implement operational improvements and efficiency measures

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

Prior experience in operations management or project coordination preferred

Strong knowledge of construction operations, site management, and safety practices

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and MOM safety requirements is an advantage
