CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

• Oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring strict deadlines and high safety standards are met.

• Manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and workers under demanding site conditions.

• Handle urgent issues, project delays, manpower shortages, and client expectations simultaneously.

• Ensure projects are completed on time despite unforeseen challenges, including adverse weather, manpower constraints, and technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations, MOM guidelines, BCA requirements, and company policies.

• Work long hours on-site, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Take full accountability for project delivery, site operations, workforce discipline, and overall project success.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project or site management experience.

• Strong knowledge of BCA/MOM regulations and Singapore construction requirements.

• Proven leadership experience in managing diverse site teams under pressure.

• Strong ability to resolve conflicts, maintain workforce discipline, and meet strict project deadlines.

• Able to work under demanding site conditions with high levels of stress, responsibility, and accountability.

• Willing to work long hours and respond to urgent site matters when required.
