Construction manager

Job Description & Requirements :

.Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects.

.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.

.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site supervisors.

.Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and project schedules.

.Monitor site progress and prepare project reports.

.Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

.Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

.Ensure compliance with regulations from authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority and Ministry of Manpower.

.Manage project documentation and maintain engineering records.

.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.

.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Singapore.

.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

.Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
